Keri is available to:
• Assist with compliance updates and eligibility criteria.
• Assist with service feedback and referrals.
• Provide education for staff.
• Provide information visits for patients and families.
- Visit patients and families in homes or facilities.
- Spend one hour or more providing support, listening, and understanding.
- Educate patients and families on services (home health, palliative care,
hospice).
- Help caregivers with additional resources and understanding of options.
- Explain Medicare/Medicaid hospice benefit.
- Dispel hospice myths.
- Define needs of patient and families to help determine appropriate level
of care.
About Keri:
• Keri grew up in Raleigh and graduated from Saint Mary’s School and the
College of Charleston.
• She has vast experience in the healthcare field and has worked in the
hospice field, for an insurance company, and for the American Cancer
Society. She is passionate about end-of-life care and helping patients and
families obtain the best level of care to meet their needs.
• Keri currently sits on the steering committee for Band Together, a local
non-profit. She enjoys camping, hiking, time on the beach, time with her
friends and family, and most of all time with her Australian Labradoodle
Charlotte.
